It all began in 2015 as a little "hole-in-the-wall" at 525 Hudson St in the West Village in New York City. What started out as a dream, has turned into a reality.  We have turned our fun, casual, neighborhood Filipino "dive-bar" into America's favorite restaurant destination, with global recognition.   Being the Original Filipino Taqueria®, we have cultivated an amazing loyal following that appreciates our modern take on an approachable Filipino menu.  Highlights include burritos full of longanisa sausage and adobo chicken, sinigang rice bowls bursting with flavor as well as handmade ube and calamansi ice creams. Although we have expanded a bit over the years, we have never lost sight of our mission to introduce Filipino flavors to the masses, one taco at a time.
